Friendly Agence designed the creative and communication project for Agence Immo Strasbourg as well as a radical branding and an effective operational strategy.

An evocative name: L’Agence Immo, an ultra-simple and easily memorable domain name, an effective identity, translating the concept: the right property in the right place.

Using Google map as a technological support, the website, in addition to presenting the properties available by neighborhood, allows the user to be immersed in his future environment: a very user-oriented approach.

The aim was to position this agency in an ultra-competitive niche by focusing on the uses and expectations of people looking for flats in a city they don’t know. We came up with the concept of the first connected agency that links the properties offered for sale or rent to Strasbourg’s neighborhoods using keywords, more commonly known as #hashtag!
