ALSACE HABITAT (the result of the merger between SIBAR and OPUS 67) is faced with the challenge of bringing together corporate cultures and commitment to the territory. The challenge is to find what to implement to create pride of belonging for all the actors involved in the merger. The objectives of the communication are therefore to transform a problem into an opportunity, to put positive and human values in a world of contracts, and to put people and territories back at the center of the action.

Our communication strategy is based on the concept of sharing, bringing together all the players around the project (employees, local authorities, territories, customers, etc.), creating links and sharing information and emotions. It is from this desire that the signature “a territory to share” was born, represented by films written and co-directed by Vincent Bertéas  and Bastien Dreyer, produced by fil&m.

A brand identity system supported by a graphic charter, relayed by a film campaign, deployed in the Alsace Habitat branches, on digital, on publishing, on the vehicle fleet… for maximum visibility and federating.
